English artist Andy Goldsworthy has been doing land art for a couple of years. Look at it.

Onur Senturk from Istanbul has some amazing motion design pieces in his portfolio featuring all kinds of fluids and materials. Seen on Computerlove.

Le Creative Sweatshop from France are doing very impressive paper cut objects and installations.

The guys at DepotArt are making extremely amazing computer generated artworks. Zoom into them and see the great detailing. Seen on but does it float.

Andy Gilmore and his shape and colour experiments are definitely inspiring. Check out his blog for more experiments.

I’m Not An Artist is an animated gif paranoia about nonstop design workers.

Oh, how I love experimental architecture drawings. Check out Viktor Timofeev from Latvia, living and working in Berlin. Seen on but does it float.

Michael Cina is one of the founding members of YouWorkForThem and to me an excellent designer. There’s a lot to find out about him on the web. On his True is True website for example he mainly shows experimental abstract stuff. In his design portfolio you’ll find beautiful record covers and more. You might as well check his flickr photostream or his shop.

Wyne Veen from Amsterdam is obviously playing with the theme of 80s kitsch. You shouldn’t miss the animated gifs, by the way.

Cpluv goes a little crazy until the launch of their new site. Cool!

I teamed up with dutch designer Zeptonn to design a shirt for the Threadless competition. We named our collaboration project “Zepphiltonnium”, which is “kinda sick” I think… Vote for it here!

Thomas Raimondi has freaky flickr page!

Silvia Knüppel shows nice experimental products in her portfolio.

I added an illustration series called Oozing Landscapes to my web portfolio playing around with distorting landscape photographs. You can view them in large sizes on my flickr.

Look at the incredible stuff that Via Grafik does.

David Hughes or Parc has some really sweet illustrative experiments on his site.

Check out my friend Julian Busch’s amazing papercut architecture models and projects!

Hellohikomori from Paris are loud, colourful and lively.

In his blog Andy Gilmore shows his amazing geometrical graphic work.

Happy new year! Let’s start 2009 inspired by some fireworks on New Year’s Eve… take a look at the flashing works by cologne based collective Lichtfaktor.

These are the first images from Julian Busch’s architecture project Aerotopos. Look at them on my Flickr. I’ll post more about his amazing project later.

I recommend: At least once a day you should play around with some inspiring interactive animation stuff like Designgraphik. If you then need more of that stuff check Michael Paul Young’s portfolio page.

With hand made font you can set type in quite a fun way.

I spent a lot of time with Lonni Wong when we studied in Japan, so I have a strong connection to the photos and artworks she did there. But I think that’s not the only reason why I like her conceptual thought through art.
